Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is looking for Bank Support Practitioners to help people in their own homes across Scotland. You’ll be trained with a fully funded SVQ and gain experience in personal care, finances support, and daily living tasks in a compassionate setting.

We value empathy, reliability and teamwork, with shifts arranged around your availability. This role offers flexible bank contracts and opportunities to grow within social care at pace.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring approach to support individuals.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and working in a team or alone.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in their daily living at home.
• Support with medication and finances, housework, meals, and personal care.
• Engage with clients in activities and monitor wellbeing.
