The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking Bank Support Practitioners in Inverness, offering flexible shifts to match your availability. You don’t need prior care experience; full training including a funded SVQ is provided to help you start a rewarding career in social care.

As a Bank Support Practitioner you will assist individuals with disabilities in daily tasks, including personal care and finances, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in using computers.
• Be able to work well in a team environment and on your own.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in daily life, including support with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation and personal care.
• Engage people in hobbies and activities, encouraging participation in outings, meals, cinema, gym or group events.
