The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting Bank Support Practitioners to provide personalised care in clients' own homes across Scotland. You’ll join a values‑based team and receive fully funded SVQ training, with shifts offered to fit your availability.

No prior care experience is required; we focus on values and transferable skills and will support you to grow with us in social care.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring by nature.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Confidence in using computers.
• Able to work well in a team and on your own.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living and personal care as part of a supportive team.
• Support with medication management and finances as required.
• Help with housework, meals, shopping and daily tasks.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and social activities.
