Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Limited is seeking Bank Support Practitioners to provide high-quality, person-centred support in Perth. This bank role offers flexible shifts (early, late, sleepovers, nights, weekends, holidays) and supports individuals with daily living, medication, budgeting and social activities.

You may be asked to pick up 1-2 shifts per week and contribute to a caring, team-based environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting with meal preparation and medication.
• Providing personal care and assisting with moving and handling.
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities.
• Encouraging hobbies, interests, social opportunities and confidence-building.
• Supporting with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation; providing emotional support and helping individuals maintain positive relationships.
