The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting Bank Support Practitioners in Perth. This bank (as and when required) role offers flexible shifts; ideal for those who want to pick 1–2 shifts per week to fit around commitments.

You will work with a supportive team to provide person-centred care, including meals, personal care, and assistance with activities and appointments. A rewarding role with flexible hours and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Caring and empathetic nature essential for supporting individuals.
• Clear and respectful communication with people supported.
• Confidence using computers and digital systems to log care and attendances.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support with meal preparation and medication administration.
• Provide personal care and assist with moving and handling.
• Support individuals to attend appointments and community activities.
• Encourage hobbies, interests, social opportunities and confidence-building.
• Assist with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation.
• Provide emotional support and help maintain relationships with family and friends.
