Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland are recruiting Bank Support Practitioners in Erskine, United Kingdom. The role offers flexible bank shifts to cover staff leave, sickness or training while supporting individuals with daily living and personal care.

You will join a friendly team and help provide person-centred care, including meal prep, medications, appointments and emotional support. A driving licence is preferred but not essential; shifts include early, late, sleepovers, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support with meal preparation and medication.

• Support with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation.
• Provide emotional support and help individuals maintain positive relationships.
