Job summary

Richmond Fellowship Scotland Ltd in Perth is seeking Bank Support Practitioners to provide high-quality, person-centred support on a flexible, as-needed basis. You may pick up 1–2 shifts per week to fit around commitments.

The role covers daily living support, including meal prep, personal care and attending appointments, with a friendly team and ongoing training opportunities. 24/7 service coverage enables diverse shift options.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals.
• Excellent communication skills with service users and colleagues.
• Confidence using computers and digital systems.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
• Strong organisational skills to manage daily living support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with meal preparation and medication.
• Providing personal care and assisting with moving and handling.
• Assisting individuals to attend appointments and community activities.
• Encouraging hobbies, social opportunities and confidence-building.
• Supporting budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation.
• Providing emotional support and helping individuals maintain relationships.
