Job summary

Richmond Fellowship Scotland Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Bank Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred support, mainly on a flexible, bank basis. Shifts include early, late, sleepovers, nights and weekends, with emphasis on building trust and enabling daily living tasks.

The role involves meal prep, medication assistance, personal care, budgeting support and social activities, with a focus on empowering individuals to maintain independence.
