The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking Bank Support Practitioners to provide high-quality, person-centered support in Wishaw and surrounding areas. This is a bank (as and when required) role with shifts offered based on service needs, suitable for flexible workers who want to contribute to daily living support.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, medication, appointments and personal care, while helping individuals maintain independence and engage in activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in care/support roles preferred.
• Ability to learn digital systems and care tools.
