Believe Care and Support is seeking compassionate Bank Support Workers across Lancaster and Morecambe to provide in-home, person-centred care for individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. Qualifikationen

• Zero-hours bank position with no guaranteed hours.
• Experience in care or support work is beneficial, but the right values and willingness to learn are essential.
• Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
• You will work in peoples own homes across Lancaster and Morecambe.
• Shifts offered according to service needs and your availability.
