Job summary

Randox Health in Winchester is seeking a Bank Phlebotomist on a zero-hours contract to join our flexible clinic network. You will collect blood samples from private and corporate clients, with shifts offered as required across our sites, including weekends.

The role requires phlebotomy certification, IT literacy, and strong communication. You must have the right to work in the UK, be vaccination-ready (Hepatitis B), and be prepared for enhanced DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Certificate or equivalent training in phlebotomy.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Valid UK or Irish driving licence.
• Experience in private healthcare or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood collection for private and corporate clients and enter data into Patient Information Systems (PIS).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in PIS.
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Upsell and cross-sell at the private health clinic and drive sales.
• Assist with reception and other administrative duties as needed.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage multiple software systems.
