Randox Health is recruiting Bank Phlebotomists to support clinics across our Midlands network. This role offers flexible, zero-hours shifts with no guaranteed hours, suitable for those seeking arrayed availability and diverse assignments.

Applicants must have phlebotomy training/certification and be eligible to work in the UK. A driving licence and Hepatitis B vaccination may be required by some locations.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience with certificate or equivalent training.
• Competent with IT programmes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Valid UK or Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood and urine sample collection from clients and enter data into the Patient Information Systems (PIS).
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload documentation.
• Represent Randox Health at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Help with reception, front of house and other administrative duties.
• Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
