Job summary

Randox Health is seeking Bank Phlebotomists to join our London network on a zero-hours contract. You will collect blood and related samples from clients, work across multiple clinics, and have the flexibility to accept shifts that fit your availability.

Vaccination and DBS checks may be required, with UK right-to-work verification essential. Shifts are offered on an as-needed basis, including evenings and weekends, with competitive hourly rates and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Valid UK or Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS).
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Help with reception, front of house and other administrative duties.
• Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
