Randox Laboratories Ltd. is seeking Bank Phlebotomists for Southampton and surrounding areas. This zero-hours contract offers shift options on an as-needed basis across our clinic network, with 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm and potential weekend work.

Vaccination against Hepatitis B or ability to obtain it after interview is required. Candidates must have prior phlebotomy experience with certificate or equivalent training, be IT literate, and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Formación

• Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Valid UK or Irish driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients.
• Data entry into Patient Information Systems (PIS).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Assist with reception, front of house and administrative duties.
• Complete forms, specimen labelling and lab order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage software systems.
