Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Bank Phlebotomist to join our Southampton network on a zero-hours contract. You will work across clinics, drawing blood from private and corporate clients and supporting flexible assignments that fit your schedule.

The role offers ongoing training, competitive hourly rates, and a supportive team. You will complete specimen collection, data entry into our Patient Information Systems, and assist with administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous phlebotomy experience or certificate.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from clients and enter data into PIS.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed consent.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with reception and admin duties.
• Support upselling and private clinic services.
• Work across Randox clinic network as needed.
