Job summary

Randox Laboratories Ltd. in London is recruiting a Bank Phlebotomist to the zero-hours pool across our London network. You will take blood samples from private and corporate clients and accept shifts on an as-needed basis that fit your availability.

Flexible working patterns and opportunities to work at multiple clinics are offered. The role requires Hepatitis B vaccination (or willingness) and an enhanced DBS check; you will work with supportive clinical teams using PIS software and may assist

Qualifications

• Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Valid UK or Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients.
• Data entry into the Patient Information System (PIS) and maintain records.
• Provide clear explanations to obtain informed consent.
• Contribute to upselling at the private health clinic.
• Assist with reception and other administrative duties as needed.
• Complete forms and labeling accurately.
• Demonstrate IT literacy to manage software daily tasks.
