Job summary

Randox Health is seeking a Bank Phlebotomist to support clinics across our network. Flexible shifts, no guaranteed minimum hours, and opportunities to work across Bournemouth-area clinics. You may need Hepatitis B vaccination and an enhanced DBS check, with right to work in the UK. Driving licence is preferred.

The role focuses on delivering a positive patient experience, collecting samples accurately, and supporting offsite events as required by the business.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent training.
• Experience in phlebotomy is preferred.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients.
• Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, measurements and data entry into PIS.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload relevant documentation.
• Assist with reception and admin duties as needed.
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
