IC24 Hastings Primary Care Hub is seeking a Bank Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality clinical care at the point of first contact in Hastings. You will assess, diagnose and treat unregistered patients within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an NMC‑registered nurse with Independent Prescriber qualifications and substantial experience in General Practice or Urgent Care. You will work autonomously while supporting partners and driving service improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and active pin.
• Independent Prescriber qualification.
• Completed Physical Assessment of Adults module and Minor Illness qualification.
• Minimum two years' experience in General Practice or Urgent Care.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills, with ability to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment at first contact.
• Prescribe medications following examination in line with best practice.
• Care for unregistered patients and those with health inequalities.
• Determine appropriate care pathway including referrals or discharge.
• Contribute to governance, audits and service development.
