Job summary

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking a Bank Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Herstmonceux. You’ll assess, diagnose and manage patients with autonomy, contributing to high‑quality primary care across face‑to‑face and remote consultations.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with current NMC, HCPC or equivalent registration.
• Holds a recognised Advanced Clinical Practice qualification or equivalent.
• Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber; has Physical Assessment of Adults and Minor Illness training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical care across a wide range of presentations with safe, evidence‑based practice.
• Prescribe medications independently following clinical assessment and examination.
• Assess complex patients and determine appropriate treatment, discharge or referral pathways.
