IC24 in Hastings is recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality primary care at first contact. You will assess, diagnose and treat unregistered patients within a multidisciplinary team, using autonomous practice to navigate patients to the most appropriate care pathways.

You will lead on clinical governance, work with partners to reduce health inequalities, and support vulnerable populations with complex needs in the Hastings Primary Care Hub.

Qualifications

• Must be First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Independent Prescriber qualification required.
• Completed Physical Assessment of Adults module and a recognised Minor Illness qualification.
• Minimum two years' experience in General Practice or Urgent Care.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced clinical care with assessment, diagnosis and treatment at first contact.
• Prescribe medications as Independent Prescriber after examination.
• Support vulnerable populations and improve access to care.
• Determine appropriate care pathways and navigate to services as needed.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve patient care.
• Contribute to development of Hastings Primary Care Hub and share best practice.
