Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance is seeking a Bank Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join the Enhanced Access Team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care. You will assess, plan and deliver care across various age groups within an autonomous practice framework.

Qualifications

• MSc Advanced Practice from University or equivalent.
• Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification.
• Registered with NMC.
• Experience in community/primary care with patients of all ages.
• Knowledge of protocols and clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations using data gathering, assessment, diagnosis, management and review.
• Demonstrate complex clinical reasoning to analyse and solve problems across diverse contexts.
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous patient records and manage referrals and follow-up.
• Provide autonomous care within scope and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Prescribe treatment and medications safely in line with local and national guidelines where permitted.
