Wishford Nurseries is seeking a Flexi Nursery Practitioner to support our EYFS approach across our group. The role offers flexible shifts at one or more Wishford day nurseries and a competitive hourly rate up to £13.25, dependent on experience.

You will plan engaging activities for children aged 0-5, create a stimulating learning environment, and work with the room leader to uphold safeguarding and nursery policies. A Level 2+ EYFS qualification is welcome; excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience planning engaging activities for children aged 0–5.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Completed Early Years Level qualification (Level 2+), not essential.
• Excellent communicative ability and relationship-building with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities tailored to each child.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating environment while delivering activities.
• Support room leader and staff to uphold nursery ethos and safeguarding policies.
• Keep development records updated and assist with toileting and routine care.
• Follow nursery policies on safeguarding, health and safety, and food hygiene.
