Job summary

Rocket Ltd is seeking an organised Warehouse Administrator to support day-to-day operations in a busy transport and distribution function in the UK. You will manage transport systems, process PODs, and maintain accurate records across the warehouse and fleet operations.

You will enter and analyse operational data in Microsoft Excel, produce daily to monthly KPI reports, and liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, transport, logistics, or distribution administration.
• Familiar with Road Runner and Falcon Tracking is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills for data entry, spreadsheets and reporting.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update transport management systems including Road Runner and Falcon Tracking.
• Monitor vehicle movements and delivery statuses through fleet tracking systems.
• Process and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, ensuring records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, delays, and queries.
• Support fleet administration including vehicle records, transport documentation, and operational compliance.
• Enter, maintain, and analyse operational data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports for management.
• Assist with goods in administration, including booking deliveries and processing associated paperwork.
• Investigate delivery discrepancies and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and electronic records.
• Provide general administrative support to warehouse and transport operations.
