Job summary

Rocket Staffing Group Ltd in Dirft Crick is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support busy transport and distribution operations. The role focuses on admin across warehouse and fleet, accurate record keeping, and communicating delivery schedules.

You will manage transport systems (Road Runner, Falcon Tracking), handle PODs, and generate routine KPI reports while collaborating with drivers and internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update transport management systems including Road Runner and Falcon Tracking.
• Monitor vehicle movements and delivery statuses through fleet tracking systems.
• Process and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, ensuring records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, delays, and queries.
• Support fleet administration including vehicle records, transport documentation, and operational compliance.
• Enter, maintain, and analyse operational data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports for management.
• Assist with goods in administration, including booking deliveries and processing associated paperwork.
• Investigate delivery discrepancies and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and electronic records.
• Provide general administrative support to warehouse and transport operations.
