Job summary

A major automotive service provider in Devizes is looking for a Supplier Operations Controller to enhance customer fleet availability. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle repair or fleet management and outstanding customer service skills. This full-time role includes managing Vehicle Off Road (VOR) progress, liaising with dealers, and ensuring efficient communication. A base salary of £30,750 - £34,500 plus additional performance-based bonuses and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial vehicle / automotive sector preferred.
• Ability to reduce Vehicle Off Road (VOR) time.
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to increase fleet availability.
• Manage Vehicle Off Road (VOR) progress and escalation.
• Mitigate VOR downtime through effective communication.
