Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle repair or fleet management within the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Ideally have some technical automotive experience, such as a Service Advisor or Technician.
• Understanding the importance of reducing Vehicle Off Road (VOR) time is critical.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service through fleet availability management.
• Communicate with DAF's dealer network to ensure proactive management.
• Mitigate VOR downtime through effective issue resolution.
