A leading vehicle service provider is looking for a Supplier Operations Controller in Devizes. In this role, you will manage fleet uptime, reduce Vehicle Off Road (VOR) times, and ensure excellent customer service. The position requires communication with dealers and suppliers, while supporting customers' operational needs. The ideal candidate has experience in vehicle repair or fleet management. Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle repair or fleet management is preferred but not essential.
• Technical automotive/commercial vehicle experience is advantageous.
• High level of IT literacy and comfort with communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the uptime of customer fleet and VOR progress.
• Develop strong relationships with DAF’s dealer network.
• Mitigate VOR downtime and ensure proactive communication.
