Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Devizes is seeking a Supplier Operations Controller to enhance fleet availability and customer service. You will collaborate with DAF’s dealer network, managing Vehicle Off Road (VOR) progress. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in the commercial vehicle sector and customer service. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between £30,750 and £34,500, as well as a quarterly bonus and excellent training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial vehicle / automotive sector is an advantage.
• Technical experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Technician.
• Ability to reduce Vehicle Off Road (VOR) time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the uptime of customer fleet and communicate effectively.
• Coordinate with DAF’s dealer network and third-party suppliers.
• Ensure cost control and issue resolution for VOR downtime.

Skills

Experience of vehicle repair / fleet management

Technical automotive / commercial vehicle knowledge

Outstanding customer service

Strong communication skills

High level of IT literacy

Ability to work independently
