Job summary

HIVED, based in London, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage day-to-day vehicle fleet activities, ensuring safety, availability and cost control. You will detect damage early and coordinate with Maintenance and Operations to protect uptime and service reliability in a hands-on depot-based role.

In this busy environment you’ll inspect vehicles, log data, coordinate repairs, and monitor driver behaviour to uphold safety and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• What candidates must have: 1-3 years in operational roles or vehicle-related roles.
• Experience with vehicles uptime, light repairs, inspections, maintenance & servicing.
• Excellent communication and escalation skills.
• Ability to handle real-time operational pressure during peak periods.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are inspected, logged, and controlled to standards.
• Coordinate repairs and servicing to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate breakdowns with partners to reduce downtime.
• Monitor fleet performance and safety risks.
• Produce fleet performance insights and improvement actions.
