Job summary

Kwik-Fit is seeking a part-time Contact Centre Agent to handle tyre requests for Kwik-Fit centres and third party providers. Training will be provided onsite, followed by hybrid work after successful completion.

You will work weekdays with occasional Saturdays, supporting fleet customers and maintaining a professional Kwik-Fit image. Key responsibilities include handling complex queries, achieving performance targets, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of good customer relations and call centre experience.
• Experience in Fast fit industry/fleet is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same; achieve key performance metrics via telephone stats, speed and accuracy.
• Maintain high levels of customer awareness and flexibility.
• Report areas of improvement or concern to line manager.
• Work as a conscientious team member.
• Promote a professional image of Kwik-Fit & Kwik Fit fleet operations at all times.
• Adhere to brand and part fitment within defined parameters.
