Job summary

Dawsongroup Vans is seeking a Fleet Support & Pricing Executive to manage quotations through to delivery, coordinating with suppliers, sales and operations. You will handle availability, specifications and lead times, and prepare quotations across rental, lease and buy options.

You will build relationships across the fleet, sales and operations teams, monitor KPIs and ETAs, and support fleet records and invoices. A full driving licence and ability to work independently are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or fleet industry preferred.
• Ability to work with data, Excel and Power BI advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building with sales, fleet, operations and suppliers.
• Commercially minded, organized, and able to make decisions under guidelines.
• Interest in EV/AFV and different vehicle solutions.
• Full driving licence and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new vehicles from quotation to delivery, coordinating with suppliers and teams.
• Provide accurate vehicle availability, specs and lead times.
• Prepare quotations across flexible rental, fixed rental, contract hire, lease and option to buy options.
• Monitor supplier schedules, KPIs, ETAs and delays.
• Support fleet records, telematics, invoices, audits and new vehicle orders.
