Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to join the Fleet Support Team in Staffordshire. You will manage customer accounts, process invoices, and ensure timely progression and closure of jobs.

Reporting to the Fleet Support Team Leader, you will own assigned customers and learn rates, policies, and processes while supporting other fleets as needed. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days on-site at Stafford, plus up to 2 days from home, and a salary around 26,500 with benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage a Network inbox and respond to telephone calls and emails.
• Process sales invoices accurately, on time and in full.
• Compile and distribute customer and supplier invoices in line with company procedures.
• Take ownership of assigned customers by processing jobs, gaining purchase order numbers and understanding rates, policies and processes.
• Proactively chase documentation and ensure jobs are closed down in the system.
• Use platforms including Fleetbridge, One Link and Adflex to process jobs and payments.
• Track and organise data effectively.
• Communicate and build relationships with suppliers, call centre colleagues and customers.
• Resolve or elevate queries in a timely manner.
• Efficiently cover and assist on other fleets as required.
• Work as part of a team and also independently.
