As an F4F Fleet Support Administrator, you’ll play an important role within our Fleet Support Team, supporting the day‑to‑day management of customer accounts and ensuring jobs, invoices and queries are handled accurately and efficiently.
Reporting to the F4F Fleet Support Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of assigned customers, building your knowledge of their rates, policies and processes while making sure jobs are progressed and closed down effectively.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll work across internal systems and platforms, communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues, and help resolve queries in a timely manner. You’ll also work as part of the wider team, supporting other fleets when required.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working to deadlines.
