Job summary

DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to provide frontline support to fleet clients. The role emphasizes resolving queries, maintaining compliance, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

You will document client interactions in the system, assist with fleet inspection planning, and handle general admin tasks while taking advantage of in-house and manufacturer training opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline champion for client fleets, ensuring compliance and timely responses.
• Document all client communications in the CRM/system and perform general admin duties.
• Support fleets with inspection and maintenance planning and coordinate with internal teams.
