Job summary

Staffline in Chippenham is seeking a proactive Fleet Service Advisor to keep vehicles on the road and minimise downtime. This role combines customer service with operational coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage repairs from start to finish, liaise with garages and customers, and ensure timely updates while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.

Hybrid working is available after onboarding; a competitive salary (£28,000–£30,000) plus bonus and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused approach and relationship-building.
• Experience coordinating repairs across multiple parties.
• Ability to manage priorities in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle repair and maintenance cases from start to finish.
• Liaise with garages, dealerships, suppliers, manufacturers and customers to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
• Proactively chase updates and challenge delays to reduce vehicle downtime.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed through regular communication.
• Coordinate authorisations, repair bookings and vehicle movements where required.
• Maintain accurate records and case notes across multiple systems.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to specialist teams when required.
• Work towards service levels, performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Support wider operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
