Omega Plc is seeking a proactive Fleet Service Advisor in Chippenham with hybrid working. The role focuses on managing vehicle repairs from start to finish, liaising with garages and customers to keep downtime to a minimum.

Salary ranges £28,000–£30,000 with an accompanying bonus. You will liaise across garages, suppliers and manufacturers, coordinate bookings, maintain records, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Chase updates and challenge delays to reduce downtime.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed through regular communication.
• Coordinate authorisations, repair bookings and vehicle movements.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls relating to repairs and servicing.
• Escalate issues to specialist teams when required.
• Work towards service levels, performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Support wider operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
