Job summary

Woodside Logistics Group is seeking a Fleet Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator to join the Workshop team in Ballynure. You will manage external servicing, maintenance and repairs for a large HGV fleet, ensuring compliance, roadworthiness and high availability.

You will coordinate repairs with workshops, monitor downtime and maintain accurate maintenance records while liaising with drivers and operations to optimise vehicle availability.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs in a workshop or fleet environment.
• Strong admin skills: scheduling, record keeping and supplier liaison.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HGV servicing processes and Operator Licence compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle servicing and inspections.
• Arrange bookings with external workshops and maintenance providers.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure services are completed on time.
• Coordinate and track repairs, defects and breakdown work.
• Liaise with drivers, operations and suppliers on vehicle availability.
• Update fleet management systems with service and repair data.
• Raise purchase orders and process maintenance documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and vehicle downtime.
• Ensure maintenance records are audit-ready.
• Support compliance requirements relating to fleet maintenance and roadworthiness.
• Assist the Fleet team with general admin duties.
