Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Fleet Service Advisor for the Bolton office. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing inbound calls and coordinating with suppliers to meet KPI targets.

Based on site, you will work a 4-on/4-off shift pattern with 12-hour days from 6am to 6pm, supporting the Call Centre Manager and Supervisors to meet SLA commitments and ensure efficient vehicle movements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of Kerridge or R2C is preferable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
• Attention to detail, flexible and motivated.
• Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off with 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm).

Responsibilities

• Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre within KPI.
• Prioritise workflow to maximise time efficiency and meet targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring on-time delivery and product quality.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams to optimise work allocation.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met for all requests.
• Support management with tasks as required by the Service Centre.
