Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Mobile FMD Technician to maintain a fleet of vehicles for a contract customer. The role covers on-site work at customer locations across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and NW London.

Expect to travel between sites, perform routine maintenance and repairs, complete paperwork, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will join a team within Fleet Management and report to FMD Operations, contributing to continuous improvement and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

Essential – Mechanical and/or Refrigeration experience and ability to read wiring diagrams/technical information.
Full driving licence and flexibility to work at different locations.
Experience in a mechanical environment with safe working practices.

Responsibilities

Undertake comprehensive preventative maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.
Diagnose faults and ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly per warranty terms.
Complete job cards, service sheets, and timesheets accurately and promptly.
Attend customer sites to carry out repairs and preventative work as required.
Maintain health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
