Our client is a franchised dealer, seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join their busy and successful team.

Working Hours:

8:30-6:00pm, 5 days per week, Monday – Saturday, with one 7pm finish on rota.

  • Drive the performance of the Fleet department to meet manufacturer and business volume objectives.
  • Control profit targets, departmental expenses, and monitor trends to react accordingly.
  • Maximise sales and profitability of the department.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

As a Fleet Sales Manager:

  • You should have experience as a Sales / General Sales Manager.
  • Be passionate about success and achieving objectives.
  • Be organized and able to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Have experience in managing, coaching, motivating, and developing sales teams to achieve industry-leading standards.
  • Be an excellent communicator at all levels, assertive, professional, and dynamic.
