Job description

The A-LIGN GTM team is seeking a pioneering Channel Partner Sales Manager to join the Global GTM team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a European Channel program from the ground up. The primary responsibilities include identifying, mobilizing, and maintaining partner lead generation channels. The successful candidate will collaborate with EMEA sales managers and marketing leads to develop and service partners and prospects within their territory. Additionally, they will work with U.S. channel and marketing teams on programs and events to promote A-LIGN’s services and drive revenue through partners. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing business opportunities, building strong relationships, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Extensive experience and existing contacts within the IT and/or Cybersecurity partner landscape are highly desirable, as is the potential to grow into a future leadership role within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, prospect, and develop relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Drive and oversee the partner review process, focusing on transactional and minor partners.
  • Support partner review and QBR processes with strategic and key partners.
  • Implement and support partner marketing campaigns.
  • Track, forecast, and analyze lead metrics and revenue achievement.
  • Report on business performance and program status to leadership.
  • Develop new processes and formats to meet business needs and enhance output.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Channel Sales and solution selling, with a dynamic, high-energy approach.
  • Existing relationships within the IT and/or Cybersecurity sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay motivated.
  • Experience with Salesforce and O365 is preferred.
