Job summary

Radius is seeking a Rental Assistant to support the fleet hire function, operating as a Rental Desk Operative and delivering excellent customer service. The role assists the Supervisor in monitoring, moving, and maintaining the fleet while keeping systems accurate.

You will take on-hire and off-hire bookings, liaise with customers on rental enquiries, and work with sales to communicate vehicle availability. A full clean driving licence is essential.

• Ensure customer billing is accurate and current.
• Work with sales to communicate vehicle availability consistently.
• Recommend customer service enhancements as part of continuous improvement.
