Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Fleet Planning Assistant to support the Fleet Planning Manager for the UK & Ireland. The role involves creating monthly fleet plans, analysing KPI metrics, and ensuring data accuracy across Greenway/Rentway and related documents.

You will collaborate with procurement and RCM teams, help optimise infl eets/defleets, and assist in preparing decks for Senior Management. Hybrid role based in Leicester, with WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Monthly fleet plans using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Able to analyse fleet KPIs (risk share, SIPP mix, utilisation).
• Review and improve fleet planning processes.
• Coordinate with procurement and RCM teams.
• Ensure data consistency in planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly fleet plans in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Optimise the fleet to achieve key fleet KPIs.
• Review current fleet planning process and propose improvements.
• Liaise with fleet procurement and RCM teams to optimise infl eets/defleets.
• Ensure consistency in Greenway/Rentway data.
• Prepare monthly fleet planning decks for Senior Management.
