Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Utilisation & Rotation Professional to own fleet utilisation across the UK Van & Truck network, driving revenue and reducing idle time through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will lead deployment, rotation, planning and continuous improvement, partnering with operations and logistics to optimise asset utilisation and deliver measurable performance gains. This is a full-time role based in the UK with senior stakeholder exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, vehicle rental, logistics or related operations.
• Advanced Excel with data interpretation for commercial actions.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proactive mindset for process improvement.
• Ownership mindset with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Fleet Utilisation across the UK Van & Truck network and monitor trends to maximise revenue.
• Lead Fleet Deployment & Rotation, coordinating vehicle movements to meet demand.
• Support Fleet Planning with utilisation, booking trends and demand forecasts.
• Improve Fleet Availability by reducing downtime and addressing root causes.
• Build Strong Business Partnerships with internal and external teams and present updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive Continuous Improvement by enabling automation, reporting enhancements and governance.
