Job summary

EMS Limited is seeking a Customer Development Manager (CDM) to drive profitable sales growth in a designated sales region. The role is predominantly field-based, building relationships with fleets and selling Truck and Trailer parts.

You will develop a pipeline, plan campaigns, and present solutions to customers while achieving sales targets. Extensive travel and overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced sales skills required.
• Account management experience essential.
• Experience dealing with fleet end-users (truck/trailer/bus/coach/plant/agri).
• Knowledge of Truck and Trailer Parts.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly field-based role, establish and maintain key customer relationships in a designated area.
• Identify and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities to achieve annual sales growth.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels to increase sales.
• Plan territory and journey, strategy, account profiling and prioritisation.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals for customers.
