Job summary

SIXT in Glasgow, United Kingdom, is seeking a Commercial Operations Professional to own fleet administration, insurance management and commercial coordination across depots and partners. You will drive operational excellence and support customer experience.

You will work closely with Commercial, Operations and depots to deliver shared objectives and identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience within fleet, automotive, transport, insurance or commercial operations.
• Strong fleet administration and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own key fleet administration processes and maintain fleet records.
• Manage fleet insurance administration, COI renewals, total loss and claims handling.
• Act as primary contact for insurance providers, brokers and claims partners.
• Collaborate with Remarketing to administer sold vehicles.
• Identify improvements to operational processes and support new systems.
• Build relationships across Commercial, Operations and depot network.
