A prominent DAF dealer group is seeking a Supplier Operations Controller to enhance fleet availability in Devizes. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while managing vehicle downtime and collaborating closely with a distinguished dealer network. Ideal candidates will possess experience in fleet management or automotive, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills. You'll work Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle repair or fleet management within the commercial vehicle sector is advantageous.
• Technical experience as Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Technician is beneficial.
• Understanding of reducing Vehicle Off Road (VOR) time is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to improve fleet availability.
• Manage Vehicle Off Road (VOR) progress and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with DAF's dealer network and mitigate downtime.
