Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited in Worsley is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet team. You will support daily vehicle fleet management and provide a broad range of administration duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include managing the Connectwise damages inbox, updating Key2 with new damage packs and costs, liaising with accounts and depots on billing/PO queries, and raising POs using Dynamix, while maintaining accurate records and delivering reliable support

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Manage their own workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage Connectwise damages inbox
• Update Key2 with new damage packs, images & costs
• First line checking of damage packs from suppliers, rejecting any and all that fail to comply to required standards
• Liaise with accounts / depots regarding billing / PO queries
• Raise and issue POs using Dynamix
• Resolve non-technical queries with suppliers
• Key2 system administration
• General administrative assistant to damage team
