Job summary

Network Plus Group is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet Team, handling daily vehicle fleet administration and supporting operations.

You will manage damage-related processes, liaise with suppliers and accounts, and perform system administration in Key2 and Connectwise, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

• First line checking of damage packs from suppliers, rejecting any that fail to comply with required standards.

• Raise and issue POs using Dynamix.
• Resolve non-technical queries with suppliers.
• Key2 system administration.
• General administrative assistant to damage team.

Description

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be part of a Fleet Team responsible for the daily management of the vehicle fleet for the company. You will help support the day to day operations of the team by providing a wide-ranging area of administration support.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:

• Manage Connectwise damages inbox
• Update Key2 with new damage packs, images & costs
• First line checking of damage packs from suppliers, rejecting any and all that fail to comply to required standards
• Liaise with accounts / depots regarding billing / PO queries
• Raise and issue Pos using Dynamix
• Resolve non-technical queries with suppliers
• Key2 system administration
• General administrative assistant to damage team
