Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet Team and oversee daily vehicle fleet administration. You will support day-to-day operations by handling inboxes, updating damage packs, and coordinating with suppliers and accounts.

The role includes key system administration duties and general administrative support for the damage team. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a full benefits package.

• Raise and issue POs using Dynamix.
• Resolve non-technical queries with suppliers.
• Key2 system administration.
• General administrative assistant to damage team.

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be part of a Fleet Team responsible for the daily management of the vehicle fleet for the company. You will help support the day to day operations of the team by providing a wide-ranging area of administration support.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:

• Manage Connectwise damages inbox
• Update Key2 with new damage packs, images & costs
• First line checking of damage packs from suppliers, rejecting any and all that fail to comply to required standards
• Liaise with accounts / depots regarding billing / PO queries
• Raise and issue Pos using Dynamix
• Resolve non-technical queries with suppliers
• Key2 system administration
• General administrative assistant to damage team
